We, at InnWalking (@Traventuria), have always had flexible booking conditions, and in these unprecedented times we’ve gone one step further with our refund policy, concerning the hiking holidays booked direct with us.

REFUND GUARANTEE CONDITIONS:

1) If the country you are going to closes its borders for passengers, coming from your country, and your travel dates fall into the border closure period
OR
2) If the country you are going to or the country you are coming from have introduced obligatory self-isolation measures (either reciprocal or not), and these measures affect your travel dates
YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND of the amount you paid (minus 5% fee, but not less than 50 Euros per person). The monies will be refunded to you within 30 days of receiving a written notice from you on our email info@innwalking.com (incl. your reference number). Those, who wish to keep their money paid to us as a credit for a new booking, can rely on the full amount owed, thus avoiding the fees mentioned above.

We have adopted arguably the best standard payment terms on the market: we ask for 200 EUR per person deposit at the time of booking in order to facilitate the reservations process (bigger amount for more expensive or longer than a week programs). The balance is due 45 days before the tour starts.

We highly recommend that you take out a proper travel insurance, covering trip interruptions of any kind (flight cancellations, injury/illness etc.). It is important that you check the small-print in your travel insurance policy about what is really covered before purchasing it.
