COVID-19: BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE


We, at InnWalking (@Traventuria), have always had flexible booking conditions, and in these unprecedented times we’ve gone one step further with our COVID-19 refund policy, concerning the hiking holidays booked direct with us.


For 2021, for peace of mind, we are offering a REFUND GUARANTEE FOR ALL BOOKINGS MADE UP TILL DECEMBER 31ST, 2020 (incl.). So, should you wish to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, you can do so up to 45 days before departure for a refund of the amount you paid (minus 3% fee, but not less than 35 Euros per person). 

FREE DATE CHANGE FOR ALL BOOKINGS (despite the reservation date): you can transfer your trip free of charge up to 45 days before departure (considering you have paid in full by that time). Bookings may be moved to any alternative available dates of equivalent monetary value or simply pay the difference. Not sure about the new date? No problem. The new travel date should be before the end of 2022, and it can be advised later on.

We have adopted arguably THE BEST STANDARD PAYMENT TERMS ON THE MARKET: we ask for 150 Euros per person at the time of booking. The balance is due 45 days before the tour starts.


COVID-19 TERMS & CONDITIONS

We have done our best to make these special conditions simple and clear to all:

1) If the country you are going to closes its borders for passengers, coming from your country, and your travel dates fall into the border closure period
OR
2) If the country you are going to or the country you are coming from have imposed self-isolation measures (either reciprocal or not), and these measures affect your travel dates

You will be eligible to a refund of the amount you paid (minus 3% fee, but not less than 35 Euros per person). The monies will be refunded to you within 30 days of receiving a written notice from you on our email info@innwalking.com (incl. your reference number). Those, who wish to keep their money paid to us as a credit for a new booking, can rely on the full amount owed, thus avoiding the fees mentioned above.


We would highly recommend that you take out additional Covid-19 travel insurance. Many travel insurance policies will no longer cover you as standard if your holiday is disrupted due to Coronavirus. It is important that you check the small-print about what is covered before purchasing your policy.
