Day 2. Mount Vrmac (16km, 5.30hrs, +765m/-765m),
Today you will face the serenity of Mount Vrmac - standing as a barrier between the inner (Bay of Kotor) and outer bay (Bay of Tivat). Most walks start from the zig-zag trail named after Austrian emperor Franz-Josef (in local language: Franjo Josip) and climb up to the mighty fortress "Vermac" built in 1892 - an architectural heritage left from the Austro-Hungarian empire, used as a naval base during WW1. From there you will follow the mountain ridge to reach the highest point of Vrmac, Sveti Ilija (765 m). Time to get down a bit, following an old shepherd's trail to the village of Donji Stoliv. You can finally enjoy a coffee looking at the calm salty waters of the bay.
Day 3. Perast & Orahovac (14km, 7hrs, +740m/-740m)
Another independent trekking tour on the top of the mountain! You start from Orahovac village located at the northern side of the bay of Kotor, from where you follow another winding path through the green woods which will lead you to a village Stepen. Yet one more mark of the Austro-Hungarian presence on these lands will show up in the face of Vranovo Brdo fortress. You will reach it after you go up on the backside of the hill of village Stepen. From there, a military road will take you down to the small town of Perast. From there you can take a boat to visit the famous island with church Gospa od Skrpjela (our Lady of the Rock). Once finished there you will proceed by boat to Tivat and then get a transfer back to Kotor.
Day 4. The Ladder of Kotor (11km, 4.30hrs, +950m/-100m)
After breakfast you will start the hike from the old town of Kotor and follow an old trade route which once connected Cetinje (the old capital of Montenegro) with Kotor! This old horse trail where even billiard tables were transported, has more than 70 detours to the pass and offers countless impressive views towards the bay. Today the hiking merits of the trek will be combined with gastronomic ones after you reach the village of Njegusi where you can taste the local Njegusi ham and cheese. Transfer and overnight at Lovcen National Park.
Day 5. National park Lovcen (9km., 3,30hrs, +410m/-4100m)
After healthy breakfast you will star hiking towards Lovcen National Park. Today’s walking route follows an old trail with incredible viewpoints to remote settlements (incl. climb to the highest peak Jezerski vrh (1657m). After you finish the trek and return to your hotel, you will board the transfer vehicle for a short visit (1hr) to the royal capital of Cetinje. You will have the chance to dive into the history of Montenegro with a nice walk along the cozy streets. Later the day you will continue towards the Budva Riviera and Sveti Stefan, where you will spend the last nights of the program.
Day 6. Panoramic walk above Budva (15km, 5hrs, +150m/-650m)
After breakfast, a morning transfer will take you to the starting point above Budva. You will admire a pleasant panorama walk above the Riviera of Budva. Take a stop to refresh yourselves and visit the church of Ogradnica. You will then start slowly descent and on the way back you will have the amazing opportunity to capture the island of St. Stefan on your photo camera. Finish the hike at St. Stefan and the islet of the same name, housing a world-famous 5* resort.
Day 7. Lake Skadar National park (5km, 1,30hrs, +110m/-110m)
Your final hike will take you to the shores of National park Skadar Lake.  Start the day with a transfer to Rijeka Crnojevica. A round boat trip will help you explore the birdlife of the region. Here you can spot more than 280 species among which the world-threatened species Dalmatian Pelican, Pygmy Cormorant etc. Upon arrival you will follow a river, pass an old hydro power station, ruins of a mill and finally reach a cave (20m wide, 10m high and around 60m long, completely lit by daylight). One the way back you will cross the river and ascend to a nice angle from where you can observe a village with outstanding churches and peaceful graveyards.
